President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Arrives Lagos for Eidel Fitri Celebrations

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) has arrived Lagos ahead of the Eidel Fitri Sallah celebrations commemorating the end of the 30 days Ramadan fasting as enshrined in the Islamic calendar.

Mr President was received at the presidential wing of the Murtala Mohammed international airport Ikeja by the Governor of Lagos State Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu in the company of other top government functionaries.

Recall that the federal government through the federal ministry of interior has declared Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th April 2024 as public holidays to commemorate the end of the 30 days fasting period to allow Muslim adherents in Nigeria celebrate the end of Ramadan just like their counterparts in other parts of the world.
