1. *Legislative Excellence*: As Speaker of the 9th House of Representatives, he presided over the passage of over 800 bills, including the landmark Petroleum Industry Act PIA, Electoral Act 2022, Finance Acts, and the Business Facilitation Act. 

No Speaker in Nigeria’s history passed more reform bills in one tenure.

2. *Constituency Impact*: For 20 years as member representing Surulere I, he delivered measurable projects - scholarships, health centers, ICT hubs, and road upgrades that directly improved lives. His “Gbaja Projects” became a benchmark for constituency delivery.
