*LASTCOC MOBILIZES TRUCKERS FOR CONTINUOUS VOTER REGISTRATION CVR - FINAL PHASE*
The Lagos State Truck and Cargo Operator Committee (LASTCOC) has intensified its sensitization and awareness to trucks and cargo operators to register in the ongoing continuous voters registration exercise.
In a release signed the chairman Comrade Alhaji Shittu Zangalo, the committee informed it's members to make use of the remaining 23 days left in the window of the exercise, by calling on them to go out and register so as to be eligible to exercise their franchise in the 2027 general elections.
The release is stated below.
This is to inform all truckers operating in Lagos State that *INEC has commenced the final phase of the Continuous Voter Registration CVR*.
*DEADLINE: FRIDAY, JULY 10, 2026 | ONLY 23 DAYS LEFT*
*ATTENTION ALL TRUCKERS:*
If you have not registered, this is your last chance. If you want to *transfer, replace lost/damaged PVC, or update your details*, do it NOW.
*HOW TO REGISTER:*
1. *Online*: Visit https://cvr.inecnigeria.org
2. *Physical*: Go to any INEC State or Local Government Area Office in Lagos
*WHY IT MATTERS:*
Truckers move Lagos. Without PVC, your voice is silent when decisions about roads, parks, levies, and your business are made. *Your PVC is your power. Your vote is your protection.*
Let us ensure the voices of truckers are counted in Nigeria and especially in Lagos State. Let’s come out in our numbers before *July 10, 2026*.
*E-Signed*
*Alh. Lukmon Shittu Zangalo*
