AATREN President Hails Members After Successful 2026 Isese Festival
The President of the African Association of Traditional Religion Practitioners, Nigeria and Overseas (AATREN), High Chief Ifasegun Elegushi, has applauded members for the peaceful and well-organised 2026 Isese Festival, describing it as a powerful demonstration of unity and commitment to the preservation of Isese.
Speaking at AATREN’s first meeting after the August 20 festival, High Chief Elegushi commended members for their dedication and exemplary conduct.
The First Vice President, Yeye Folusho Adeogun-Oga, also thanked members and Isese practitioners for representing the tradition with pride and dignity, while praying for long life and prosperity for all.
Members reciprocated by commending the leadership of the association, including the General Secretary, Araba Agboola Awodiran, who led prayers of thanksgiving after the opening prayer by Lekan Ajirotutu, Chairman, Isolo Chapter.
The meeting also featured the association’s monthly Ifá divination for Lagos State and Nigeria, reinforcing AATREN’s commitment to spiritual guidance and the advancement of Isese.
The message was clear: Isese is united, organised and moving forward.
