APCISG Lagos Pays Courtesy Visit to Otto Awori LCDA Chairman
As part of it's political consultation and mobilization tour in readiness for the 2027 general elections, the APC Ilaje Support Group (APCISG) Lagos, on Tuesday 21st of July 2026 paid a courtesy visit to the executive chairman of Otto Awori LCDA Hon. Kareem Azeez Abiodun in the council secretariat in Otto Awori, Lagos.
The APCISG Lagos team comprised the chairman Aare Olabode Ojabogun, general secretary Mrs Mojisola Adeleye, Apex leader Revd. Nichodemus Odolo, and other members.
In his remarks, the chairman of the APCISG Aare Olabode Ojabogun thanked the chairman for receiving the team at a very short notice, which is a pointer to the recognition of the group in Otto Awori LCDA by the executive chairman.
He made it known that the leadership of the support group were in Otto Awori LCDA on consultation and mobilization of members to go out and register in the ongoing Continuous Voters Registration exercise in readiness for the 2027 general elections
While receiving the support group in his office, the chairman thanked the team for the visit and appreciated them for their unflinching support and loyalty to the APC which manifested in the party's electoral victory at previous elections.
According to Hon. Kareem Abiodun, "APCISG Lagos has become a force to reckon with among all ethnic support groups in the APC and their loyalty and support to our party, APC is unquestionable".
Hon Kareem Abiodun particularly extolled the leadership of the APC Ilaje Support Group for it's mobilization of her members and Ilajes domiciled in the various local government councils and LCDAs of Lagos State to support and vote for APC candidates in elections, which culminated in his electoral victory as the executive chairman of Otto Awori LCDA in the last local government councils election in Lagos State.
The chairman then emphasized that he was not in doubt about the readiness of the APCISG to mobilize its members to go out to register and vote for all APC candidates in the forthcoming general elections, just as he promised his support to the group at all times.
Hon. Kareem Azeez Abiodun appreciated the APCISG for it's mobilization of members and assured them "That his door is always open to the group at all times".
