*1. Preamble & National Identity*
The APC Ilaje Support Group National is the apex diaspora + home-base mobilization body of Ilaje sons and daughters committed to the growth, unity, and electoral dominance of the All Progressives Congress across Nigeria and beyond.
With members in all 36 states + FCT + Diaspora, our stand for 2027 is clear and non-negotiable: *We are laser-focused on the total victory of ALL APC candidates at every level nationwide. This mandate is powered by party patriotism and national interest, not by personal contracts, appointments, or ego.*
We are not a “candidate campaign council”. We are a “Party Victory Council”.
*2. National Core Philosophy: “APC First, Ilaje First, Nigeria First, Self Last”*
Politics without ideology collapses. Our 4 pillars guide every action:
1. *National Party Supremacy*: The APC is bigger than any individual, faction, or state chapter. No member’s ambition will override the party’s official candidate. Anti-party activity = automatic expulsion.
2. *Diaspora + Home Synergy*: Ilaje people at home mobilize votes. Ilaje people abroad mobilize resources, data, advocacy, and international goodwill for APC. No division between “home” and “abroad”.
3. *Service over Self-Enrichment*: Our goal is policy impact and development for Ilaje coastal communities + Nigeria. We reject “briefcase politics”. If we don’t add value to the party, we exit the table.
4. *Unity as National Strategy*: A divided APC loses states. A united APC wins the center. We will not sponsor parallel EXCOs, parallel WhatsApp groups, or parallel loyalties. One party, one flag, one victory.

Our mandate covers all elective positions across Nigeria because APC’s strength at the center depends on strength at the base.

**Presidential** Deliver massive diaspora + Ilaje bloc votes. Coordinate voter education, diaspora fundraising, and strategic advocacy for APC Presidential candidate.
**Gubernatorial - 36 States + FCT** Support APC Governorship candidates with data, mobilizers, and diaspora influence. No state left behind.
**National Assembly - Senate + Reps**:Ensure APC retains Senate majority + Reps majority. Ilaje legislators must return to protect coastal/oil-producing interests.
**State Houses of Assembly** Partner with state chapters to deliver APC majority in all 36 assemblies. Strong legislatures = strong governors.
**LGA Chairman + Councilors Nationwide** Grassroots is where elections are won. We’ll build ward/unit capacity even outside Ilaje to deepen APC base.
*Key Discipline*: We do not interfere in primaries. Delegates + party decide candidates. Once the flag is raised, APC ISG National energy shifts 100% to that candidate. That is loyalty.
*4. Why “Not for Self Interest” is a National Necessity*
1. *National Credibility*: Nigeria and the international community watch APC. A party seen as fighting for contracts loses trust. A party seen as fighting for people gains it.
2. *Kill Factionalism at Source*: Most APC crises in 2015-2023 came from “self interest groups” inside the party. We are an antidote, not another virus.
3. *Attract National + Foreign Investment*: Oil companies, NDDC, Federal projects, and investors prefer stable, united political structures. Greedy groups scare development away from Ilaje and Niger Delta.
4. *Secure Ilaje National Interest*: Ilaje is oil-producing, coastal, and strategic. Only a strong, loyal APC bloc at national level can negotiate roads, shoreline protection, modular refineries, and maritime jobs for our people.
5. *Legacy for Next Generation*: We must hand over a united APC structure to Ilaje youths, not a party destroyed by elders fighting over appointments.
*5. 6-Point National Action Plan for 2027*
1. *National Voter + Diaspora Mobilization*: PVC drive at home. Diaspora voter registration + advocacy abroad. No Ilaje vote wasted anywhere in the world.
2. *Data + Situation Room*: Build a national database of APC Ilaje members by state, LGA, ward, unit. Create an election situation room to track results real-time and prevent vote theft.
3. *Capacity Building*: Train APC agents, polling unit leaders, and social media volunteers nationwide. Knowledge defeats manipulation.
4. *Issue-Based National Campaign*: Project APC’s record: economic reforms, security, infrastructure, coastal development, Blue Economy. We will not campaign with ethnic hatred or fake news.

4. Priority for Ilaje youths, women, fishermen, students, and SMEs in all engagement with APC governments.
5. Absolute loyalty to APC Constitution, National Chairman, State Chairmen, and President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
