*Mammoth Turnout at APC Oshodi-Isolo LGA Meeting*

*...Party Chairman, Leaders Call for Oneness and Unity*

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area (LGA) meeting witnessed a massive turnout of party supporters at Owoseni Primary School yesterday. The gathering was filled with enthusiasm as party members engaged in discussions on the way forward.

The LGA Chairman, Hon. Saheed Animashaun, welcomed attendees and provided updates on key developments from the state level. He informed members that the guidelines for the upcoming local government elections had yet to be released. He also encouraged them to intensify efforts in recruiting new members into the party to strengthen its grassroots presence.

State APC Executive Hon. Isreal Akinode urged aspiring candidates to begin their preparations in earnest, emphasizing that purchasing a nomination form does not automatically guarantee an appointment.

Though some principal office holders, including Alh. Musiliu Akinsanya (National President, NURTW), Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede (Executive Chairman, Oshodi-Isolo LGA), Hon. Maruf Akinderu (Honourable Commissioner for Housing), Hon. Ogundipe Olukayode (Lagos State House of Assembly member), and Dr. Bashir Dawodu (Member of the House of Representatives), could not attend, they tendered their apologies and sent goodwill messages that were read during the meeting.

The atmosphere at the meeting was vibrant, with a strong display of unity and camaraderie among party members. Hon. Saheed Animashaun called for continued solidarity and commitment to the party’s progress, especially with the upcoming elections in view. He also stated that he expects other aspirants to formally declare their intentions soon.

Also in attendance was the APC Apex Leader, Prince S.O. Aina, who led other Apex members to the meeting, along with councillors, cabinet members, and other key stakeholders.
