Incumbent Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa Wins Ondo APC Gubernatorial Primaries

Incumbent Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has won the All Progressive Congress (APC) gubernatorial primaries election held on the 20th and 21st of April 2024 across 203 wards of the party in the 18 local government council areas of Ondo State 

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa contested the primaries election against 15 other contestants of the party to pick the gubernatorial ticket and fly the party's flag in the November 2024 Ondo State gubernatorial elections.

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa polled 48, 569 to come first followed by Mayowa Akinfolarin who came second with a distant 15, 343 and Olusola Oke who came third with 14, 915 votes.
