Presidential Election Petition Tribunal Set To Deliver Judgement
The presidential election petition tribunal has scheduled Wednesday 6th of September 2023 to deliver judgement in the petitions of Mr Peter Obi of the labour party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the PDP and the Allied Peoples Movement challenging the victory and declaration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the APC as the winner of Nigeria's 2023 presidential election.
Recall that all the parties after arguing their cases and tendering materials and evidences to buttress their claim, also filed and adopted their final written address after which the PEPT adjourned to schedule a date for judgement to be communicated to all parties.
In it's communication which is now public, the court has notified that live viewing of the court judgement will be allowed subject to accreditation by media outlets.
